Jenna Holston Strauss

Jenna Holston Strauss has practiced law in Ventura County since 2006 and has been with the Palay Law Firm since January 2008. Ms. Strauss attended Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.

Jenna focuses her practice on employment litigation. She has handled many pregnancy discrimination and unpaid overtime cases.

Jenna is a skillful writer, and she regularly drafts many of the firm's most important motions. She has written many motions for class certification, and has a perfect record in defending motions for summary judgment. She also drafts the firm's appellate briefs.

Jenna grew up near Rochester, New York. Prior to going law school, Jenna worked as a paralegal in Boston, New York City, and Charlotte.

Jenna is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Barristers. She is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Chapter of the American Heart Association.

Jenna enjoys playing with her son, spending time with her husband, Mike, and cooking.
