Candete v. Cummings Transportation
This is a class action on behalf of all non-exempt employees who are or were employed by Cummings Vacuum Service Inc. aka Cummings Transportation (“Cummings” and “Defendant”) from June 1, 2003 through the present. The Complaint alleges that Cummings failed to compensate the class of workers for overtime, doubletime and travel time worked, and that it failed to provide legal meal periods as required by law.
