Ortiz v. ELCO Casing Specialties, Inc.
This is a class action on behalf of all non-exempt employees who are or were employed by ELCO Casing Specialties, Inc. (“ELCO”) and Team Casing, Inc. (“Team”), in California at any time September 20, 2003 through the present. The Complaint alleges that ELCO and Team failed to provide full and correct pay for loading of the vehicle, overtime, doubletime, travel time, meal periods worked, and were not provided adequate wage deduction statements.
